Somatics & Strenghtening is a class focusing on finding ease, support, and increased capacity in your body. If you are interested in exploring embodiment in a non-judgemental environment that centers connection, this class is for you. This class is taught by either Helen Lee, Jessie Marasa, or Chih-Hsien Lin.
Classes are Thursdays from 6pm - 7:00pm, starting January 4, 2024 - March 14, 2024.
If we have to cancel a class, we will have a make up class on March 21st &/or March 28th at 6pm. All people pre-registered will be notified of cancellations by email.
